In 2026, SIGEP China evolves into a dedicated communication project, designed to consolidate relationships in one of the most dynamic markets for artisan gelato and foodservice innovation.
In spring, in Shanghai, SIGEP China will take shape through a targeted program of content, networking opportunities and engagement activities with industry professionals, media and key stakeholders. A focused initiative aimed at maintaining an active and qualified dialogue with the Chinese market, with a forward-looking perspective.
In June, in Sanya, the official selections of Team China will also take place. The winning team will advance to the Asian Selections of the Gelato World Cup, scheduled at SIGEP Asia from 15 to 17 July 2026.
